MB Administration and Training Services is based in Johannesburg South Africa. We as founders saw the need for workable solutions in society and from these observations the goals of the company were born. These are to help and support with educational tools and solutions for work and life::

of life and the workplace.
The motivation behind starting MB Administration and Training is to enable people to achieve their dreams through the use of education and skills development. The parent who wishes a better future for his children, the teacher who endeavours to make education a reality for his learners, the employer who strives to increase the skill of his work force are all people who can benefit from the services offered by our company.
Our Goal is: “To help our next generation on this winding road to succeed.” I saw a need to support and back up education and assist teachers, parents, children and youth to achieve their goals and make their life a success. Every person should have the ability to flourish and prosper and I would like to see this happen. For the past 10 years I have been working in different areas of Education and I know there is more to offer and to be involved with than has been offered in the past.
I've been involved with training in different sectors the delivery of seminars and workshops for many years and with these activities I have seen the creation of more opportunities for youth and adults alike. Education not only changes the literacy level of individuals but it allows people to reach for a higher standard of living where their dreams and goals can be realized. There are millions of talented people who waste away without ever realizing their potential. It is with knowledge that we create self respect and confidence in ones ability to do better in life and it is this knowledge that we offer. While supervising one of my courses I asked an 8 years old student how she would imagine the perfect school, this was her answer which I found very inspirational:.
"On the way to school we hold each other’s hands. The road is full with laughter as the dust is flying in the air after our steps and it’s sparks in shiny golden colour. Our teacher waits in front of the gate and welcomes us. It will be a wonderful day".
My purpose is to make this a reality for millions of youth and children. And if we can create this then there can be a brighter future for millions. Every teacher, parent has a dream for their student/child and we would like to be there to assist to make this happen.
Our company is creating an opportunity for many parents and youth and to every individual to provide useful opportunities so they can achieve their dreams and goals and not give up and waste their talents.
